These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website washrefine.world and the workplace wellness training products offered by Washrefine, including the Posture & Movement Basics session, Nutrition Awareness Workshop, and Stress Recovery & Mindfulness Lab program. By accessing our website or booking any training product, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Washrefine

2. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing washrefine.world, submitting a contact form, or purchasing a training program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Return Policy. If you are entering into an agreement on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

3. Permitted Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes related to learning about and booking our workplace wellness training products. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable Dutch, EU, or international law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or data.
• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code through our contact forms or communication channels.
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit website content without prior written consent from Washrefine.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when inquiring about or booking training programs.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from washrefine.world without permission.

4. Training Products and Services

Washrefine offers workplace wellness training programs as described on habit-programs.html. Each product includes specific deliverables such as live sessions, printed or digital materials, and participant limits as listed on the product page. Program descriptions, pricing in euros, and included features are subject to change; however, confirmed bookings are honoured at the agreed price and scope.

Our training programs are educational wellness services designed to promote healthy workplace habits. They are not a substitute for professional occupational health assessments or individualised advice that may be required for specific employee conditions. Organisations are responsible for ensuring participants are fit to engage in movement-based activities included in relevant programs.

5. Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon written acceptance by Washrefine and receipt of any required deposit or full payment as agreed. Prices displayed on washrefine.world are in euros and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. Invoices are issued in accordance with Dutch tax regulations. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to pay by the agreed deadline may result in cancellation of the scheduled session.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms for training products are set out in detail in our Return Policy at return.html. By booking a program, you agree to those terms. Please review them carefully before confirming any purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on washrefine.world, including text, graphics, logos, training materials, habit trackers, recipe booklets, guided audio resources, and program structures, is the intellectual property of Washrefine or its licensors. Participants receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use materials provided during training for personal or internal organisational use only. Redistribution, resale, or public publication of training materials without written permission is prohibited.

8. Participant Conduct During Training

Participants in Washrefine programs are expected to behave respectfully toward trainers and fellow attendees. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct disrupts a session or creates an unsafe environment, without refund where the removal is due to the participant's conduct. Organisations booking group sessions are responsible for communicating participation expectations to their employees.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and training products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Washrefine strives to deliver high-quality, practical wellness training, we do not warrant that participation in any program will produce specific outcomes for individuals or organisations. Results depend on consistent application of learned habits and organisational support. To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Washrefine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our training programs. Our total liability for any claim arising from a booked training product shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific product. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Washrefine, its trainers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms of Use, misuse of our website, or violation of any third-party rights in connection with your use of our services.

12. Third-Party Services

Our website may integrate third-party services such as Google Maps for location display. Your use of those services is subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policies. Washrefine is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our training products shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution is not reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time by posting an updated version on washrefine.world. Changes take effect upon posting unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For active bookings, the terms in effect at the time of booking confirmation apply to that engagement.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
